• High Quality Hay - Rescue horses need good quality hay, both square and round bales are used & hay cubes, also Alfalfa Pellets for the Senior Horses
• We use many kinds of grain - Junior, Senior, Sweet Feed, Beet Pulp, Oats, etc.
• Tack: Halters, Lead ropes, used horse equipment
• Buckets - always needed!!
• salt blocks, trace mineral blocks, Moorman's Loose mineral
• Gift cards for gas for our truck and tractors for hay. We try and cut and bale our own round bales with our equipment for the horses and the we have to transport it back to the rescue. People in our area have donated their fields for us to cut for hay.
• 3/4 or 1 ton Pickup and flatbed trailer to haul hay on.
• Horse Trailer
• Wormer! (Quest, Ivermectin, Panacur, Strongid....) always needed!
• 4-Wheeler : To transport grain and hay around the farm & to different pastures
• Used Vehicles - It's tax deductible and its sale could raise significant funds
• A Dump Bed Trailer: to move manure to the compost pile
• Lime, Gravel Egg Shells & Sand - for stalls, round pen and arena
• Wood Shavings - we use an large amount daily
• Supplements: Many of the horses have suffered abuse or malnutrition.
• Medical Supplies: Bandages, antibiotics, ect.
